Note: Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. If an inquiry is submitted on Fri-Sun, please note we are away for booked events and will review new requests the following Mon/Tues. We are a small business and strive to give each event it's proper time and attention. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We are fully licensed and insured, therefore, we can set up at public places. We do ask our clients to confirm we are allowed to be set up in these areas as some places restrict inflatables on site. It is also up to the client to make sure there is a power source within 50ft of set up area. Most parks do not have a power source available, in which our clients rent generators from places such as Lowe's or Home Depot. Some parks also have special insurance requests that may have additional fees up to $115 on top of our rental service rates.

Are you insured?

Bounce house FAQ's

All rentals are a minimum of 6 hours with option extend time of $50/HR. We will set up your bounce house at least 1 hour prior to your event. In most cases we are able to drop off the bounce house even earlier if needed. We understand that most of our clients will be setting up other items for their event which requires all vendors to arrive early. 

How long is the rental period?

Set up can be on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, hardwood, pavers, and sports courts. Additional cleanning fees will be applied to set up on dirt or sand. *We must be notified at time of booking.* We do not offer set up on rocks or gravel as a safety precaution.We do require you to send us photos of set up area for approval prior to securing your event date.

What serfaces can accomodate the bounce house?

No, but we are happy to provide an attachable balloon garland for $90+ if you already have a balloon vendor we must verify they are high quality balloons in order for them to be attached. We are happy to attach the balloons to our bounce house!

Are balloons included?

The minimum area required for our bounce house is 17' x 17'

How large of an area is needed to accommodate the bounce house?

There is a 700 pound maximum weight limit for our Onyx Bounce House or 4-5 adult jumpers. Please use your discretion for the number of people at once o the bounce castle based on your group.

How many people are allowed on the bounce house at once?

If your event is canceled prior to delivery due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event up to 1 year from your initial event date. Retainers are non-refundable but we can refund the remaining balance if you decide to not reschedule. We also allow you to gift your booking to a friend / family member to use within 1 year. 
Please note the rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain, as most times it is only scattered showers.  

If rain is in the forecast, you have until 7:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone. 

The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions.

If strong winds are in the forecast, we reserve the right to cancel at any point to ensure safety of all jumpers.

What is your weather policy?

Yes! Cleaned and fully sanitized with water and non-toxic commercial grade soap after each use! You might also see us sanitizing on site during set up. Cleanliness is a priority for us!

Is your bounce house cleaned?

We understand things change! We ask you to give as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other customers and reorganize our delivery crew. If you need to cancel more than 72 hours in advance of your original event date, a one-time courtesy rescheduling of your non-refundable deposit is allowed. If you need to cancel less than 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and the rental will be charged in full. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Yes, thanks for asking! Modern bounce houses require an extra level of care to maintain their beauty and safety for all guests!  

There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer the client will be held responsible for replacement costs. 

 Adult supervision is always required.
