I understand and agree to pay the Remaining Balance when it is due, 1 week prior to my event date. I understand and agree if I choose to book within 7 days of my event date, entire balance is due to book.

I understand and accept the terms that my Event Deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves my Event date slot so others may not book it and is used to begin purchasing items towards my event.

Both parties agree that this form may be electronically signed by initialing each box and submitting the form, displaying intent to sign. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this form are the same as handwritten signatures for the purpose of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
